List
of Features:
In OIA everything is integrated together.
Things are easy to find and well organized. The
time saving and ease of use means that you can
concentrate more time to your business.
One of the most powerful feature in OIA is that
you can link Accounts, Projects and
Events together. Once an event is created,
it can be automatically linked to a particular project,
which in turn can be linked to a particular
account. The same is true for uploaded files as
well. That way, you can simply pull up a project
or account, and all the events and files belonging to
the project or account are instantly available.
Your can further customize your OIA by
categorizing your accounts into different account
types. For example, you may use the Account Type
feature to group your accounts by geographical regions
or businesses.
The following is a list of the
major features that come with
every OIA account:

|
|
 |
Accounts |
| This
is used to setup your accounts
(customers). You can further
define Account Types which can be used
to categorized your accounts. You
can add new accounts but, for security
and privacy reasons, can only delete
accounts that you have created yourself,
i.e. you cannot delete accounts created
by other uses within your group.

Projects |
| You
can add/edit/delete projects with this
feature. As with the Account
feature, you can also create your own
Project Categories to be used to
categorize your projects. Each
project can be linked to a particular
account. You can invite our users
in your Group to "collaborate"
on a project. All events in
a "shared" project are
available to all shared users for the
project.

Events |
| Events
are entered here and can be linked to a
particular project, or to a particular
account, or none at all, i.e. a
standalone event. Each event
can have it's own event category.
That way, you can easily retrieve, for
example, all events for a given
category. Event can be
collaborated if they are shared to
different users within the same
group. Each event can have a
history of sub-notes and can be assigned
to any shared user in your group. Event status help you keep track of progress.
There's a
variety of event views available to you
in OIA. There's the
standard List view which show you in
columnar format your events (by default
any non-done events will be
shown). You can also view events
in Calendar format - Monthly, Bi-Weekly,
Weekly or Daily. And then, there's
the A-List view (short for
what-did-you-"A"ccomplished
view). With
the A-List, you have a bird's eye-view
of what needs to be done and what you
have "accomplished." It
gives you a break down of
"unscheduled" events versus
"scheduled" events. All
"unscheduled" events (i.e. not
assigned to any particular date or time)
and it'll show you any scheduled events
(regardless if they are done), 2 days
ahead, today, and 5 days in the
past. There's a checkbox next to
each scheduled event which not only
tells you if they are done or not, but
also as a quick way to "done"
an event.

Message |
| Use
this to send "in-house" messages to communicate with your co-workers
(other uses in your group) or alert
yourself to an upcoming event. A red
blinking light will flash next to this
Option if there's any new message coming
in.
