Here is my "Accounts" page. This is where I would setup my clients. I can also setup any person or entity other than clients as accounts. Basically, you would setup accounts for anything that you want to keep track of!

This is how I do..I had categorized my accounts by their relationship to me. For example, I have categories for Buyers, Sellers and Sub-Contractors etc. I had created these categories earlier in Setup (will explain later).

OIA will show only 20 accounts per page. You can go to the next page by click at the page number.

On the right side of each account, you get a breakdown of how many projects, events or files that belong to that account. You can click on any one of those links, and it'll take you directly to it !

To find an account is easy. You have alphabetical groupings to help you narrow down accounts by the first character of their name. You can search accounts by Account Type or by any word (or partial word) in the account name!
